1. Information We Collect

Jab aap Vidya Group of Institutions ke platform par register karte hain, hum aapki following information collect karte hain:

• Full name, email address, aur mobile number
• Date of birth, gender, aur qualification (optional)
• Address details (city, state, pincode)
• Payment information (transaction reference numbers)
• Course progress aur quiz attempt data

2. How We Use Your Information

• Account create karne aur manage karne ke liye
• Course access aur certificates issue karne ke liye
• Payment verification ke liye
• Important updates aur notifications bhejne ke liye
• Platform improve karne ke liye (anonymized analytics)

3. Mobile Application (Android App)

Vidya LMS Android app website ke saath same account use karta hai. App ke through hum ye data access/collect karte hain:

• Google Sign-In (optional): Agar aap "Continue with Google" se login karte hain, toh Google sirf aapka naam, email aur profile photo hamare saath share karta hai — aapka Google password kabhi access nahi hota.
• Account information: Naam, email, mobile number aur profile details (wahi jo website par).
• Learning data: Course progress, quiz attempts, notes, certificates aur ID card.
• Internet permission: App ko sirf internet ki permission chahiye taaki woh hamare server se courses, videos aur data laa sake. Hum aapke contacts, location, SMS, ya files access nahi karte.

4. Third-Party Services

App aur website kuch trusted third-party services use karte hain. Inki apni privacy policies hoti hain:

• Google Sign-In — login authentication ke liye.
• Razorpay — secure online payments ke liye (card/UPI details Razorpay handle karta hai, hum store nahi karte).
• Bunny Stream (CDN) — course videos securely deliver karne ke liye.
• MSG91 — OTP/SMS bhejne ke liye.

5. Data Security

Aapka data secure servers par store hota hai. Passwords encrypted (hashed) hain — hum unhe kabhi plain text mein nahi store karte. Payment proofs secure private storage mein rakhe jaate hain aur sirf authorized admins dekhte hain.

6. Data Sharing

Hum aapka personal data advertising ya marketing ke liye kisi ko nahi bechte ya share karte. Data sirf in cases mein share hota hai:

• Upar bataye gaye trusted service providers ke saath (payment, video, SMS) — sirf service chalane ke liye
• Jab law require kare (court order, government requirement)
• Certificate verification ke liye (sirf certificate ID aur naam public hote hain)

7. Cookies

Hum session cookies use karte hain — yeh aapko logged in rakhte hain. Koi tracking ya advertising cookies nahi hain.

8. Your Rights & Account Deletion

• Apna data dekhna — Profile page se kabhi bhi.
• Data correct karna — Profile edit se details update kar sakte hain.
• Account aur data delete karwana — App/website ke Profile section se "Delete Account" request karein, ya hamein admin@vidyacomputerlms.com par email karein. Request ke 7 working days ke andar aapka account aur personal data permanently delete kar diya jayega (legal/financial records jo law ke tehat rakhne zaroori hain unhe chhod kar).

9. Children's Privacy

Hamari services skill-development ke liye hain. 13 saal se kam umar ke bachchon se hum jaankar koi personal data collect nahi karte. Agar aisा data galti se mila toh hum use delete kar dete hain.
