1. Acceptance

By using the Vidya LMS platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for the security of your account
• Do not share your password with anyone
• Report any suspicious activity to us immediately
• A student may hold only one account

3. Course Access

• Only an enrolled student may access a course
• Sharing course content (videos, notes, quizzes) is prohibited
• Screen recording and unauthorised downloads are not allowed
• A certificate is issued only to the original student and is not transferable

4. Payments & Refunds

• Enrolment activates once the payment is verified
• Refunds: request within 7 days, before the course starts
• Submitting fraudulent payment proof will result in an account ban

5. Quiz & Certificate Rules

• Cheating or using unfair means in a quiz is prohibited
• A certificate is issued only on genuinely passing the final exam
• A certificate may be revoked for a fraudulent attempt

6. Intellectual Property

All course content (videos, PDFs, quizzes) is the intellectual property of Vidya Group of Institutions. Reproducing, distributing or selling any of it is a copyright violation.

7. Termination

Violating these terms may result in your account being suspended or terminated without refund. The administrator's decision is final.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be settled in the jurisdiction of Hapur, Uttar Pradesh.
